CLAT is useful for assessing and identifying children with language delay/deviance b/w 3-6 years based on their receptive, expressive and cognitive abilities by administering it to their parents/caregivers. The tool will serve as a quick and effective assessment instrument for the Speech-language Pathologists to evaluate children with communication disorders with the help of their parents/caregivers.
