This is the second workbook in ‘‘Parent and Child’ series and is useful for the parents/caregivers of children with hearing problems. (The introductory workbook is published as ‘Parent and Child’). This book contains level 1 activities for the child to develop listening and speaking skills including awareness of sounds, attention and localization, learning to respond to one’s name, understanding simple words and commands, and learning to speak in simple words. The activities provided are examples to set the parents to think of more examples/activities which might be more appropriate and interesting to the child/situation.
