The Oral Sensorimotor Evaluation Protocol for Children (OSEP-C) is a reliable and valid tool for assessing oromotor and orosensory challenges in children between the age range of 4 and 8 years. OSEP-C, which is the first of its kind developed in India, has the potential to serve as a measure for oromotor and orosensory skills, offering a quantitative scoring system to effectively gauge these challenges and track progress in therapy. OSEP-C's validation extends beyond cerebral palsy to include various conditions that can lead to dysarthria.
