This is a diagnostic tool to evaluate the listening development of Kannada-speaking children aged 4 to 9 years. The test assesses a child's ability to attach meaning to spoken language through eight subtests, including yes/no questions, following commands, and problem-solving. Validated on 180 children, the assessment provides age-specific norms and takes approximately 20–25 minutes to administer. It serves a critical clinical role in identifying auditory comprehension deficits, counseling caregivers, and establishing targeted intervention goals for children with communication disorders.
