This is a clinical assessment tool to evaluate binaural integration. The test uses two lists of 25 pairs of phonetically balanced, bi-syllabic Kannada words presented dichotically to assess the central auditory nervous system. Scoring is based on single correct, double correct, and total ear correct responses, which are compared against established norms for children aged 7 to 12 years. This standardized tool is designed to identify Central Auditory Processing Disorders (CAPD) and measure the maturity of auditory processing in native Kannada speakers.
