This is a diagnostic behavioral tool to evaluate binaural integration. The test utilizes 20 pairs of rhyming, bi-syllabic Telugu words presented dichotically at 60 dB HL to assess the integrity of the central auditory nervous system. Performance is measured using single correct, double correct, and ear correct scores to identify Central Auditory Processing Disorders (CAPD) and determine cerebral dominance for speech. Standardized on native Telugu-speaking adults, it provides essential normative data for clinicians to detect subtle auditory processing deficits.
