This test to assess binaural interaction abilities in children aged 7 to 12 years. The test utilizes two lists of 25 phonetically balanced Kannada words to identify potential Central Auditory Processing Disorders (CAPD) by requiring the listener to integrate disparate auditory information. Clinicians administer the stimuli at 40 dB SL and use a simple binary scoring system (1 for correct, 0 for incorrect). Results are interpreted by comparing a child's performance against established age-appropriate norms to detect underlying auditory deficits.
