This is a clinical diagnostic tool to assess auditory comprehension deficits in persons with aphasia. Adapted from the original English and Kannada versions, it evaluates the ability to process linguistic commands through 10 subtests that vary in length, complexity, and syntactic construction. The test utilizes 20 standardized tokens (objects in two colors and two sizes) to systematically measure receptive language performance. Standardized on native Malayalam speakers, the RTT-M provides essential normative data to help clinicians identify subtle processing impairments and guide effective rehabilitation strategies.
