This is a behavioral diagnostic tool to evaluate binaural integration. The test consists of two lists of 25 pairs of monosyllabic, phonetically balanced Hindi words presented dichotically to assess the central auditory nervous system. Scoring is determined by single correct, double correct, and total ear correct responses, which are then compared against established clinical norms for children aged 7 to 12 years. This standardized assessment is essential for identifying Central Auditory Processing Disorders (CAPD) and measuring auditory processing efficiency in native Hindi speakers.
