This is a clinical assessment tool to evaluate binaural integration in Indian English-speaking children. The test utilizes two lists of 25 monosyllabic, phonetically balanced English words presented dichotically to assess the maturity and integrity of the central auditory nervous system. Scoring is based on single correct, double correct, and total ear correct responses, which are then compared against age-appropriate norms for children aged 7 to 12 years. This standardized tool is essential for identifying Central Auditory Processing Disorders (CAPD) and measuring auditory processing efficiency in a linguistically relevant context.
