This is a behavioral diagnostic tool designed to assess binaural integration and screen for Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD). It consists of 18 pairs of rhyming, bi-syllabic words starting with plosive consonants, which are presented dichotically to subjects at 60 dB HL. The test provides scores for single, double, and total ear correct responses, with findings typically showing a significant right-ear advantage. Standardized on native Kannada speakers aged 18 to 30, it offers clinical norms for identifying underlying auditory processing deficits.
